Construction of Classroom Block – Computer Centre

GAO Services Limited delivered the Classroom Block for the Computer Centre at the University of Lagos, a landmark TETFund project awarded by the University’s Governing Council in August 2003.

Originally designed as a single‑storey facility, the project was re‑engineered during construction to accommodate increased classroom demand. The scope expansion involved the integration of an additional floor, requiring advanced structural redesign, precise engineering coordination, and rigorous quality control.

GAO Services executed the upgrade seamlessly, delivering a structurally robust and functional academic facility that has remained in continuous use for over 22 years—a clear testament to sound engineering and enduring build quality.
