GAO Services Limited delivered purpose-built classroom and office facilities for the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Lagos, under a contract awarded in January 2005 with a value of $1,235,046.47. The project was completed within the approved 36-week construction period.
Prior to this development, the faculty operated from shared spaces within the Faculty of Arts. Sustained growth in student enrolment and academic staff necessitated a dedicated complex to support expanded teaching, learning, and administrative functions.
Delivered in full compliance with the standards of the University’s Works & Services Department, the project significantly enhanced the faculty’s academic environment and operational efficiency.
