GAO Services limited successfully delivered a purpose‑built, fully furnished Medical Students’ Hostel for the College of Medicine at Ekiti State University (EKSU). This transformative project was conceived to strengthen EKSU’s medical programme and meet critical accreditation requirements.
Before this development, the university lacked dedicated accommodation for medical students at the teaching hospital. Commissioned in 2012 at a contract value of USD $1.96 million, the hostel was completed and handed over in 2014—on schedule and in line with academic and regulatory timelines.
The facility significantly expanded Ekiti State University’s residential capacity, enhanced the academic infrastructure of the College of Medicine, and reinforced the delivery of quality medical education.
This project stands as one of GAO Systems’ flagship educational developments—demonstrating our ability to deliver large‑scale institutional infrastructure to exacting standards of quality, compliance, and performance.
